Fourth edition of the EneganArt National Competition for Italian artists
A project on a national scale which has reached its fourth edition directed at all artists and aimed at promoting the best Italian talents which has roused great enthusiasm amongst the contestants. It’s the EneganArt National Competition of Present-day Art, the theme and title of which this year was “In-differenza”. “In-differenza” (Indifference) is a state of complete disinterest in other people’s destinies and for the planet we inhabit but EneganArt wanted to stimulate the contestants’ creativity and sensitivity to make them go beyond the negative accepted meaning.
The project is promoted and supported by Enegan Spa, leading company in the electricity, gas and telecomunications sector. The competition is aimed at all artists, painters, photographers and sculptors – professionals and non – from all parts of the world, adults and residing in Italy. The National Competition of Present-day Art is directed at the promotion of contemporary art and at the enhancement of our artistic heritage. After the numerous participations of the first three editions, a record number of over 1,700 contestants has been reached in 2018 and, from these, only 24 have been exhibited. The 4 winners received money prizes for a total of 10,000 euros and the publication in the Art Catalogue. The winning works are now part of the EneganArt Collection.
